Time For Tape: Top 5 Kinesiology Tape Uses

As part of our continued effort to improve the fitness and well-being of our customers, the Meglio team recently put together a series of ‘how to’ instructional videos on the use and application of kinesiology tape. Each of our videos provide a clear and comprehensive guide to taping different areas of the body.

Our short video guides show you how to cut and prepare your kinesiology tape for easier application and less wastage. Different areas of the body require different lengths of tape and our videos give you the guidance and understanding to apply the tape yourself with ease. We also outline, how to create anchors to avoid the tape sticking to clothes and a guide to applying stretch to your length of tape.

Meglio Kinesiology Tape has undergone rigorous testing to ensure it stays in place throughout the harshest of conditions, and can be used for 4-5 days without causing irritation. Our high quality, extra sticky tape is latex-free, easy to apply and stays on in water.
