Taping in Athletics is used for two key purposes, the first, to halt joint movement and minimise pain from problematic joints, and the second to aid faster recovery from injuries.  Tape is attached to the skin in order to minimise or halt movement of certain muscles or joints.

Choose below for either Kinesiology Tape – which can be used to recover from injuries, as well as an injury preventative method; or Zinc oxide tape which is used to help heal the skin, prevent movement of weak joints reduce swelling and bruising.
