There is a version of every taping job where the tape gives up first. A wet pitch. A hot clinic. A patient who sweats through everything you put on them. Extra Sticky is the roll for those.

It is our standard 5m uncut roll with a stronger adhesive. Three to five days becomes five to seven. Nothing else about it changes.

How long it holds

Five to seven days applied well, against three to five on our standard Kinesiology Tape. Wear time always depends on the area taped and how carefully the tape goes on, so round the edges and rub it in.

When to reach for it

Contact sport, water, heat and hairy skin. Shoulders, knees, ankles and Achilles on patients who are moving all day. Any patient who comes back with the edges curled.

When to stay with the standard tape

Sensitive or fragile skin, and anywhere you want an easy lift at the end of treatment. A stronger adhesive is not always the right call, which is why we have kept both. Our standard Kinesiology Tape is still here in four colours.

How do I apply it?

The same way as our standard tape. Round the edges, rub the tape after application to activate the adhesive, and apply at least 20 minutes before any exercise or sport. Our step by step video guide is here.

How do I take it off?

Remove in the direction of hair growth. A stronger bond deserves a cleaner release, so pair it with Elo Adhesive Remover Spray 50ml. A few sprays around the edges and the tape lifts away without dragging at the skin.

What size and colours?

5m x 5cm, uncut, in Beige and Light Blue. Cut the length and shape each application needs. The two colours are the same tape.

Can I buy it in bulk?

Yes. 10% off six rolls, 20% off twenty and 30% off fifty, and you can mix the two colours to reach a band.
