Purchased on recommendation of my podiatrist for foot injury. I bought the red 2m bands. They have helped a lot. I find the red band gives enough resistance. Good quality and delivered promptly.

I find this pack very useful.
I’m suffering with Sciatica at the moment & it’s so easy to take out of the freezer & use it from frozen. After I heat it in the microwave for a hot pack - ideal!
I first saw this type of pack at my son’s house & was so impressed I ordered 1 as soon as I returned home.
