Questions members actually ask
How does the CSP20 code work?
Enter CSP20 at checkout and 20% comes off the core clinical range: bands, tape, needles and consumables. It stacks on top of volume pricing, so the tier price drops another 20%.
Does CSP20 stack with volume pricing?
Yes. Volume pricing applies automatically in the basket at clinic quantities, and CSP20 then takes a further 20% off the volume price at checkout.
What does the code exclude?
Bundles and couch roll or hygiene lines sit outside the code. Couch rolls are volume-priced without it, from £1.95 a roll ex VAT at five packs of 18.
Does the code expire?
CSP member pricing has run since 2017 and there is no printed end date. Keep the code and use it at every checkout.
Are prices ex VAT or inc VAT?
Every price on this hub is ex VAT, the way trade buyers compare. The store displays inc VAT, and the ex VAT figure is confirmed at checkout.
What does delivery cost?
48-hour tracked delivery is free over £60 and £3.99 under. Next-day options are free over £250, and the next-day cutoff is 4:30pm.

The price of one 46m roll at two or more, with your code, ex VAT. Latex-free and independently lab tested, keeping 86% of resistance after 1,001 stretch cycles. Order five and it falls to £25.49, which works out at 55p a metre.

After 1,001 stretch cycles at 100% elongation, the Meglio Light band kept 86% of its resistance. The like-for-like Theraband Light kept 79%.
