Before you start: setup and safety

Inspect tubes, stitching, clips and straps. Secure tubing beneath closed shoe soles or use the supplied door anchor. Secure the door, close all clips and test gently before exercising.

Move slowly through a comfortable range. Keep tubing away from your face, use protective eyewear where recoil could reach it, and never release a stretched tube suddenly. Follow the supplied instructions, including the limit of three times resting length. Stop for sharp pain, dizziness or unusual breathlessness.

RT5 contains latex. RTTPE5 is latex-free TPE. For rehabilitation, follow your clinician's programme. Illustrations show movement, not a prescribed resistance or repetition speed.

Four poster entries show bodyweight foundations. Swing uses a controlled hip-hinge adaptation.
