Hot & Cold Reusable Ice Bag

HOW TO USE

Cold Application

• Turn the lid anticlockwise to loosen and remove.
• Fill the bag with crushed ice or ice cubes to around 2/3 full, (do not crush ice in the bag itself). You can add a bit of extra cold water to fill up the bag further. Secure the lid and make sure it is on correctly.
• Apply the ice bag to the desired area and keep in place using the elasticated straps.

Hot Application

• Turn the lid anticlockwise to loosen and remove.
• Add hot water (122-131 °F.50-55 °C) to 2/3 full. Remove excess air and tighten the lid. Secure the lid and make sure it is on correctly before applying.
• Wrap the bag and use two Velcro straps to keep it in place. You can use the bag alone required, (be careful if the bag is too hot or too cold, use the wrap or towels as a barrier).
