Use the handles for exercises such as biceps curls, rows and squats, or add the door anchor and ankle straps for supported standing exercises. Choose a tube that lets you move smoothly and stay in control.

These figures reproduce the labels on the tubes. Resistance changes as the tubing stretches, so choose by how well you can control the movement, rather than treating the label as a fixed lifting weight.
Choose your material
Choose Latex or Latex-free TPE using the material options above. Both include the same five tube colours, printed resistance ratings, accessories and exercise guide.
The Latex option contains natural latex. If you have a latex allergy, choose Latex-free TPE.
Before you exercise
Check the tubes and attachments for damage before every use, secure your anchor and keep the tubing away from your face. Follow the supplied instructions. For rehabilitation, use the exercise plan and resistance recommended by your clinician.
