Care information

Keep the pack away from sharp objects and check for damage or leakage before use. Do not use a leaking pack.

Clean with mild soap and water when needed, then dry completely before storage or reheating. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Follow the heating and cooling instructions supplied with this pack. Use a towel or cloth between the pack and skin, and do not apply to broken skin.

As the name indicates, this pack can be used as a cold compress or a warm pad. Keep it in the freezer to whip out anytime a sprain, swelling or bump calls for it.

It can also be warmed up in the microwave and then applied to tender areas, to soothe and increase blood flow.

The pack is filled with soft, non-toxic gel which adapts perfectly to body contours to sit comfortably on the injured muscle or joint.
