Care information

• Avoid puncturing or cutting the pack to prevent leakage of the gel contents
• Clean the pack with mild soap and water if necessary, and ensure it is completely dry before storing or reheating
• Store the pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use
• Do not use the pack on open wounds or broken skin
• For sensitive skin, we recommend wrapping the pack in a towel or cloth
• Do not use the pack straight after taking it from the microwave, allow to stay 1-2m

Our hot and cold packs are a UK hospital favourite.

As the name indicates, this pack can be used as a cold compress or a warm pad. Keep it in the freezer to whip out anytime a sprain, swelling or bump calls for it.

It can also be warmed in the microwave and applied to tender areas to soothe and increase blood flow.

I find this pack very useful.
I’m suffering with Sciatica at the moment & it’s so easy to take out of the freezer & use it from frozen. After I heat it in the microwave for a hot pack - ideal!
I first saw this type of pack at my son’s house & was so impressed I ordered 1 as soon as I returned home.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this product.
