The Body Coach
Our partnership with The Body Coach (Joe Wicks) brought together two shared goals: helping people move more and making home workouts more accessible. The Body Coach needed high-quality resistance bands to accompany their digital fitness content, and a seamless way to put them into the hands of both existing and new subscribers.
We created a bespoke Meglio resistance band starter pack containing light, medium and heavy bands in a branded, premium finish. Existing Body Coach members could claim the pack with an exclusive 20% discount, reinforcing loyalty and giving them better tools to follow their training plans. For new annual subscribers, we developed a friction-free journey where they received a code to claim the entire band kit completely free of charge through our website.
This partnership not only strengthened The Body Coach’s member offering but also boosted visibility and engagement for both brands across our digital channels — a true win-win collaboration.
Worcestershire City Council
Worcestershire City Council partnered with us to support their “Ageing Well” programme, which focuses on helping older adults improve strength, balance and mobility. They needed a bespoke, easy-to-use exercise kit that could be distributed widely and accessed by residents across the region, without barriers.
We created a custom box featuring Meglio resistance bands with the ICOPE logo (Integrated care for older people) alongside printed exercise guidance tailored for older users. Each kit was packaged into simple, accessible boxes that could be collected from local libraries, making the programme inclusive and convenient for all participants. The project required cost-effective sourcing, reliable fulfilment and packaging that felt friendly, helpful and non-clinical.
The result was a scalable, community-focused kit that supported public health goals while keeping distribution smooth and budget-friendly for the council.
MUTU System
MUTU System, a global leader in postpartum health, approached us to create a high-quality, sustainable kit that could support their members through their recovery journey. Their goal was simple: deliver premium exercise tools in packaging that aligned with their core values, empowering, supportive, and eco-friendly.
We worked with MUTU to design a fully branded, plastic-free kit box containing resistance bands, loop bands, a Pilates-style ball and a yoga strap. Every element was selected, packed and assembled with sustainability and usability in mind. The final product is compact, beautifully presented, and completely recyclable, giving MUTU members a premium unboxing experience while reducing environmental impact.
This collaboration highlights how we can take a brand’s vision and turn it into a complete end-to-end product — from sourcing and kitting to custom packaging and thoughtful design.
