After the cutoff & weekend orders
Your order leaves on the next dispatch day available for its courier. DHL and Parcelforce do not dispatch on Saturdays. Saturday dispatch does not mean Sunday delivery. Next-working-day estimates exclude weekends and bank holidays.
Track your order
We will email your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order here.
Business, pallet & special orders
Orders needing approval, a purchase order or an agreed delivery arrangement may have different dispatch timings. Pallet orders and products with a stated lead time follow their own arrangements. Contact us before relying on a same-day cutoff.
