Care information

• Avoid puncturing or cutting the pack to prevent leakage of the gel contents
• Clean the pack with mild soap and water if necessary, and ensure it is completely dry before storing or reheating
• Store the pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use
• Do not use the pack on open wounds or broken skin
• For sensitive skin, we recommend wrapping the pack in a towel or cloth
• Do not use the pack straight after taking it from the microwave, allow to stay 1-2m
