Fantastic customer service

Having completed a course of physiotherapy, I was given two different bands for two different exercises. One was a red band which had just been cut from a different roll (unbranded), and one was a grey band with the brand Meglio. So when my red band snapped, I decided to purchase a red and a green band from Meglio. The website was easy to use, the descriptions were clear and the ordering through to delivery was very quick and easy.
When I received the products I did prefer the feel over the latex version from my physiotherapist, and I enjoyed the progression onto the green band. However, after four sessions with the green band, it had snapped, but this was possibly from my own accidental overstretching on the exercise.
Given the low cost of the item, I wasn't going to bother reordering or mentioning anything at all and to just write this, but a follow up email asking for feedback made me decide to explain what had happened.
I was really pleased and surprised that Meglio replied straightaway, and explained that perhaps I needed a longer length band for the exercise in question. They offered to replace my green band with a longer length version and to give me another band free of charge which was incredibly generous of them. On top of that, I received the replacements the very next day which was again beyond my expectations (thanks Roxy!).
I think the bands are great but it's important to know how to use them correctly and not stretch them too far beyond their proper limits, and to follow the care guidelines provided. The service from Meglio has been exceptional and friendly, and I can't fault them at all - I definitely recommend purchasing from them!
